The
26th January has once again witnessed an unfazed National sprit and
fervor among all the students, Teachers and the citizens, irrespective of their
age, gender, caste or community. The
Republic Day celebrations gained momentum with great enthusiasm even before the
day dawned. Thousands of students joined
the traditional Prabhat Pheri, the procession in a bee-line walked through
every street, children singing patriotic songs and chanting slogans.
Dr.
Sripal Sabnis, the Chair Person, 89th Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Sahitya
Sammelan, a renowned personality in the field of Marathi literature has added
dignity to the occasion with his elite presence.
Dr.
Sabnis during his spell binding address, proposed various possibilities to shun
the inequality in the society. In very
simple terms, he has thrown light on how a section of society has misinterpreted
the religious paths, universal personalities for creating fragments among the
people of our country and blurred our national character.
